Nearly 20 years ago, I came across an opportunity that I almost ignored. It was a small notice, something very much like this, tucked in a local paper. I didn’t think much of it at the time… until I realized that taking action on it would completely change the course of my life.

Fast forward to today, and I’m a local real estate investor. I’ve been associated hundreds of properties — and now I’m looking for 3 motivated apprentices to train, and close real estate deals.

Here’s The Deal

You’ll learn by doing, not from textbooks. While you train, you have the chance to earn $5k–$20k per month, gaining real, hands-on experience in buying, selling, and investing in real estate under my direct guidance. No previous experience is needed — just a willingness to learn and work hard. This opportunity is not for everyone. I’m looking for someone hungry, coachable, and ready to plug into a proven system that can help them achieve a lucrative lifestyle.

Who I’m Looking For

The right apprentice will have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic, and be coachable enough to follow instructions carefully. You should be eager to learn, grow, and take action in real estate, and be prepared to invest in yourself — whether that’s tools, education, marketing, or resources — to build the skills and foundation needed to achieve a lucrative lifestyle and long-term financial freedom.

To start, you'll need a smart phone, steady internet connection, reliable transportation, and a flexable schedule.
